Repertory Media Group (RMG) runs this website, the Backstage production suite, and — through our subsidiary Second Shift Commerce — the Second Shift client service. This page says, in plain language, what information we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
The short version
We collect the minimum we need to answer you, serve you, and run the service. We never sell personal information. Ever. Client content is confidential and is never used for anyone else. You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Contact and waitlist: your name, email, phone if you give it, business name, and what you wrote to us. Client portal: sign-in details, the content and approvals you submit, and the records of your service. Website visits: standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser and device type. Clients: the business information you give us to do the work, and the platform access you authorize through the platforms' own tools — revocable by you at any time.
What we do with it
Answer inquiries, run the waitlist, deliver the service you bought, operate and secure our site and portal, and send service messages. Marketing email only with your consent, always with an unsubscribe.
What we never do
We never sell or rent personal information. We never use one client's content, audience, or data for another client. We never publish your content anywhere except as your service requires and you have approved. We never train shared models on your private business content.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry and waitlist records are kept while the conversation is live; client records for the life of the engagement and a period afterward so your exports and history stay available to you. At any time you may ask to see, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you — contact us via the contact page and we respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and active clients hear about it in their next monthly report.
